Hosting and attending a CA P.O.S.T. certified class (Plan V) is FREE. Those that are not CA P.O.S.T. certified (Plan V) or hosted out of state, we request that you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled class. You may email us at [email protected] between the hours of 9.00 am – 5.00 pm to cancel. Refunds are issued if you provide a minimum of 14 days notice of your request to cancel. We will credit your payment toward another class or provide a refund with 5% refund fee. If you didn’t show up at your scheduled training, tuition is not refundable. However, if you do not provide your cancellation request at least 14 days prior, you will lose your tuition fee.

Yes. However, for California students that are being substituted must have a  P.O.S.T. ID number.
